Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

Bloxfit does not currently restrict use based on age. However, if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App and that they have reviewed these Terms and our Privacy Policy with you.

2. Description of the Service

Bloxfit is an entertainment application that allows users to:

• Register an account via email/password or Google Sign-In
• Upload a photo or screenshot of a Roblox outfit and receive an AI-generated analysis (via Google Gemini) identifying the outfit's items, including name, price, creator, thumbnail, and a direct link to the corresponding Roblox store page (via the Roblox API)
• Perform daily check-ins and open Chests to earn Bloxcoins, an in-app virtual currency with no real-world monetary value
• Spend Bloxcoins in the Boost section to appear on the public Monthly and Yearly leaderboards, displaying their username, country flag, and a self-selected "goal" (see Section 8)
• View and edit their profile (nickname, Roblox username, country, profile picture)
• Optionally purchase a one-time membership to remove advertising

Bloxfit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Google. "Roblox" and all related trademarks, item names, and imagery are the property of Roblox Corporation.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account (email and password, or via Google Sign-In).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately at zega.apps.dev@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Bloxcoins, Chests, and Virtual Currency

• Bloxcoins are a virtual, in-app currency with no cash value and cannot be purchased with real money, exchanged for cash, or transferred outside the App.
• Bloxcoins are earned exclusively through in-app activities: daily check-ins (with streak-based bonus rewards), and opening free or ad-based Chests.
• Chest rewards are randomized ("loot box" style). By using this feature, you acknowledge that rewards are awarded at random and are not guaranteed to be any specific amount.
• Some Chests require watching a rewarded advertisement (via Yodo1 Mas) before they can be opened.
• Bloxcoins may also be spent in the Boost section to gain a position on the public Monthly or Yearly leaderboard (see Section 8). This is a cosmetic, status-only feature — spending Bloxcoins in this way does not generate any prize, reward, or thing of monetary value.
• We reserve the right to adjust, rebalance, or modify Bloxcoin earning rates, chest odds, leaderboard mechanics, or reward structures at any time, at our sole discretion, without liability to you.
• Bloxcoins have no value outside the App and are forfeited if your account is terminated or if the App is discontinued.

5. Advertising

• Bloxfit is supported by advertising delivered through Yodo1 Mas, including rewarded video ads (used to unlock Chests and additional AI outfit analyses) and banner ads on the Home, Chests, and Boost screens.
• Free users receive 3 free AI outfit analyses; from the 4th analysis onward, watching a rewarded ad is required for each additional analysis, unless you purchase the ad-removal membership.
• For users identified as under 13 years old, only non-personalized ads will be shown, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed in the App.

6. Ad-Removal Membership (Purchases)

• Bloxfit offers an optional one-time, non-recurring purchase that permanently removes all advertising from your account.
• Purchases are processed via Google Play Billing (and, in the future, Apple's In-App Purchase system if the App becomes available on iOS). All billing, payment methods, and refund requests are governed by the applicable app store's policies (e.g., Google Play's refund policy).
• This purchase is a digital good delivered immediately upon confirmation; as such, it may not be eligible for refund except as required by applicable law or app store policy.
• The ad-removal membership is tied to your account/device and is non-transferable.

7. AI Outfit Detection Feature — Disclaimers

• The outfit analysis feature uses Google's Gemini AI to interpret uploaded images and cross-references results with the Roblox API. Results are provided "as is" and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fail to correctly identify items.
• We do not guarantee that pricing, availability, or creator information retrieved from the Roblox API is accurate or current, as this data is controlled by Roblox Corporation and may change at any time.
• You are solely responsible for the images you upload. You agree not to upload images that are illegal, infringing, offensive, or that you do not have the right to use.
• We do not store your uploaded images on our servers or retain any history of your analyses (see Privacy Policy, Section 3).

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or other automated means to farm Bloxcoins or ad rewards
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the App or its backend systems
• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, infringing, or harmful
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the App in any way that violates Roblox Corporation's Terms of Use, Google's Play Store policies, or applicable law

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of Bloxcoins, and removal from the Boost leaderboards.

10. Intellectual Property

• The Bloxfit App, its design, branding, and original content are the property of Gerardo Zenteno Gaeta.
• Roblox-related data, trademarks, and imagery displayed within the App (item names, thumbnails, pricing) are the property of Roblox Corporation and are displayed pursuant to the Roblox API for informational purposes only.
• Bloxfit is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, Google, or Yodo1, and no such affiliation should be implied.

11. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including Firebase (Google), Google Sign-In, Google Gemini API, the Roblox API, Yodo1 Mas, and Google Play Billing. Your use of these integrated features is also subject to the respective third party's own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and any accumulated Bloxcoins or leaderboard placement may be forfeited.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

15. Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any feature, including Boost) at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
