Last Updated: July 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Bloxfit ("Bloxfit," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile application (the "App" or "Service").
Bloxfit is developed and operated by Gerardo Zenteno Gaeta, an individual developer based in Mexico ("Developer," "we," "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using Bloxfit, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
1. Important Notice Regarding Age and Children's Privacy
Bloxfit does not restrict access based on age, and the App may be used by children. However, we take children's privacy seriously:
- During onboarding, our advertising SDK (Yodo1 Mas, described below) collects the user's age in order to determine whether the user is under 13 years old.
- If a user indicates they are under 13 years old, the App automatically limits advertising to non-personalized ads only, in compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") and Google Play's Families/child-directed advertising policies.
- We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children under 13 than is reasonably necessary for this age-gating and ad-configuration purpose.
- Parents and guardians: if you believe your child has provided us with personal information beyond what is described above, please contact us at zega.apps.dev@gmail.com so we can address it.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
| Data | When Collected | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Email address and password | Account registration | Create and secure your account |
| Google Account information | If you sign in with Google Account | Authentication via Google Sign-In |
| Display name / nickname | Onboarding | Personalize your profile (this is not your legal name) |
| Roblox username | Onboarding / Profile | Personalize your profile and app experience |
| Country | Onboarding / Profile | Localization, regional features, legal/regulatory compliance (e.g., ad eligibility), and display of your country flag on the Boost leaderboard if you choose to participate |
| Age | Requested by advertising SDK (Yodo1 Mas) during onboarding | Determine appropriate ad settings (see Section 1) |
| Profile picture | Optional, Profile screen | Personalize your profile |
| Outfit images / screenshots | When you use AI outfit analysis | Detect and identify Roblox outfit items (see Section 3) |
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: app interactions, screens visited, features used, session length, and diagnostic data, collected via Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics.
- Device information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID), collected via Firebase and our advertising SDK.
- Crash and performance data: to help us diagnose and fix bugs.
2.3 Bloxcoins, Chests, and Boost Activity
We store records of:
- Daily check-in streaks and Bloxcoins earned or spent
- Chests opened and rewards obtained
- Boost leaderboard activity: the amount of Bloxcoins you contribute, and the "goal" option you select
Bloxcoins have no real-world monetary value and can never be purchased with real money. They are earned exclusively through in-app activity (daily check-ins, chests, and watching optional rewarded ads).
Boost — Public Leaderboard Data: If you choose to participate in the Boost feature, your Roblox username, country flag, and selected goal will be displayed publicly within the App to all other users, on the Monthly (top 5) and/or Yearly (top 50) leaderboards, for as long as you remain ranked. This is the only feature in the App where your profile information is made visible to other users. Participation in Boost is entirely optional, and you can choose not to use this feature if you do not want this information to be publicly visible.
3. AI Outfit Detection Feature
When you upload a photo or screenshot of a Roblox outfit:
- The image is sent to Google's Gemini API for processing, in order to detect and identify the outfit items shown.
- The identified items are then matched against the Roblox API to retrieve public information such as item name, price, creator, thumbnail image, and a direct link to the Roblox catalog/store page.
- We do not store the uploaded images on our servers, and we do not retain a history of the outfits you have analyzed. Images are processed transiently for the sole purpose of generating the analysis result and are not retained by us afterward.
- Please note that your image is still transmitted to Google's Gemini API for processing; Google's own privacy practices govern how Gemini handles data submitted to it. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy.
- Free users receive 3 free AI outfit analyses. After that, watching a rewarded ad (via Yodo1 Mas) is required to unlock each additional analysis, unless you have purchased the ad-removal membership described in Section 6.
Bloxfit is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Google/Gemini. All Roblox trademarks, item data, and imagery obtained through the Roblox API remain the property of Roblox Corporation and/or the relevant content creators.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create, maintain, and secure your account
- Operate core App features (outfit detection, chests, check-ins, Boost leaderboards, profile)
- Display your public leaderboard entry (username, country flag, and goal) if you choose to participate in Boost
- Personalize and improve the App experience
- Display advertising, including configuring age-appropriate, non-personalized ads for users under 13
- Process one-time purchases (ad-removal membership) via Google Play Billing
- Analyze usage trends and diagnose technical issues
- Communicate with you, including responding to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
5. Third-Party Services
Bloxfit relies on the following third-party services, each of which may collect or process data according to its own privacy policy:
| Service | Purpose | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Firebase (Google) | Account authentication, backend data storage, usage analytics, crash reporting | https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Google Sign-In | Optional authentication method | https://policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google Gemini API | AI-based outfit image analysis | https://policies.google.com/privacy |
| Roblox API | Retrieval of public outfit item data (price, creator, thumbnail, store link) | Roblox Privacy Policy |
| Yodo1 Mas | Advertising mediation SDK (rewarded ads and banner ads); may integrate multiple underlying ad networks | https://www.yodo1.com/privacy-policy/ |
| Google Play Billing | Processing the one-time ad-removal purchase | https://policies.google.com/privacy |
Because Yodo1 Mas operates as a mediation platform, it may work with multiple third-party ad networks. These networks may independently collect data such as advertising identifiers, IP address, and device information for purposes of ad delivery, frequency capping, and (for users 13 and older) ad personalization. We encourage you to review Yodo1's privacy policy for details on its network partners.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
Bloxfit offers an optional one-time purchase to remove all advertising from the App. This purchase is processed through Google Play Billing (Apple's In-App Purchase system will be used if/when Bloxfit becomes available on iOS). We do not directly collect or store your payment card information; this is handled entirely by Google Play (or Apple, in the future) in accordance with their own privacy and security practices.
7. Boost — Public Leaderboard Data Handling
If you choose to participate in Boost, we collect and process:
- The amount of Bloxcoins you contribute toward your leaderboard ranking
- Your self-selected "goal" (chosen from a fixed list of predefined options)
- Your Roblox username and country, which are already part of your profile
This information is displayed publicly within the App on the Monthly and/or Yearly leaderboards to all other Bloxfit users, for as long as you remain ranked. No prize, cash, or item of monetary value is awarded through this feature — it exists solely for in-app status and visibility. See our Terms of Service (Section 8) for full details on how Boost works.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account and profile information for as long as your account remains active. Uploaded outfit images are not retained — they are processed and discarded immediately after analysis. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 10).
9. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
- With service providers listed in Section 5, solely to operate the App's functionality
- If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Bloxfit, our users, or the public
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you will be notified of any such change)
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (European Economic Area/UK) or the CCPA/CPRA (California), including the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and personal information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at zega.apps.dev@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You can also delete your account directly from the Profile screen, where available, or request deletion via email.
You can also manage ad personalization through your device's advertising settings (e.g., "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in Android Settings).
11. International Data Transfers
Bloxfit and its third-party service providers (including Firebase/Google) may process and store data on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing of your information.
12. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (including relying on Firebase Authentication and industry-standard security practices) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Children's Privacy (COPPA Notice)
As noted in Section 1, Bloxfit does not block access by age but adjusts advertising for users identified as under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is necessary to operate the App and configure age-appropriate advertising. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information you would like removed, please contact us at zega.apps.dev@gmail.com.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, and, where required by law, we will provide additional notice (e.g., in-app notification).
